WE ARE HIRING ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER 80% In the role of Coach/Assistant Store Manager at Lager 157, you will work closely with the Store Manager. Together, you will be responsible for developing and optimising the store and motivating your colleagues. Your tasks will include: Ensuring that the store is ready for sales and that our products are replenished. Turning sales figures into practical tasks and daily sales targets. Involving, motivating and coaching your colleagues. Training employees to follow Lager 157’s values and store concepts. You will also ensure that the store always looks presentable and that your colleagues maintain a high level of service. Who are you? You can communicate and delegate tasks in a motivating way. You must be able to speak and write Danish and English to follow our work instructions and, of course, to communicate with our customers.
