Burger King Kouvola is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager who can keep hands and steaks in order under pressure. This role suits someone who already has experience in the restaurant industry and is ready to take on a more responsible position. You will lead a shift, guide the team, ensure operations progress toward goals, and ensure the customer gets what they came for even in busy times. You must be able to lead others, not just handle your own area. Experience from restaurant supervisory roles and customer service or dining industry is advantageous, and commercial or restaurant education is a plus. You will receive thorough onboarding to practice supervisory work and the concept. You will communicate fluently in Finnish and English; you will manage basic shift tasks in both languages. Salary will be determined according to the tourism, restaurant and leisure services supervisors collective agreement.
