- Account for received and issued documents in the system
- Prepare posting documents and maintain auxiliary records
- Record received payments and monitor liabilities and receivables
- Prepare accounting materials for monthly controllership reports
- Collaborate with the auditor and colleagues and communicate with authorities (tax office, social security, employment office, health insurance)
- Support the accounting team in daily agenda as needed
Requirements
- SŠ/Bc. vzdělání účetního nebo ekonomického směru
- Alespoň 1 rok praxe v účetnictví (vhodné i pro šikovné absolventy)
- Základní znalost podvojného účetnictví
- Zkušenost s MS Excel (kontingenční tabulky), znalost Basware nebo Microsoft Dynamics365 výhodou
- Angličtinu na komunikativní úrovni (mluvená i psaná forma) pro kontakt s fínskou centrálou
- Pečlivost, samostatnost a chuť se rozvíjet
