Logistics Vocational Instructor

We are seeking a logistics vocational instructor (driver training) for Riihimäki on a fixed-term basis from 1 September 2026 to 31 July 2027 (or start by agreement). The instructor will work with learners training to become truck and combination vehicle drivers, supporting and guiding them in practical tasks. The role pairs with teachers and includes other training department duties and student wellbeing tasks in collaboration with teachers and the head of training. The work is day-shift and located mainly in Riihimäki. You will be a good fit if you have at least a logistics basic qualification (driver training) and solid, diverse hands-on experience in truck driver tasks. We expect you to have experience with operating work machines and forklifts. Experience in teaching and good professional connections are advantageous. The terms of employment and pay follow the collective agreement for private education administration and support staff. The job grade is in the demanding group 4, with a monthly salary of 2,319.19 euros, plus experience-based increments according to the collective agreement. Before starting, the selected candidate must present a health certificate and a criminal-record extract as required by law for working with children and youths. A trial period is in effect.
