Lead and contribute to Nokia’s 6G standardization activities in 3GPP RAN3 working group in at least one area: disaggregated RAN architecture, RAN-Core interface, cloud-native protocols, AI in RAN, QoS, and network slicing. Collaborate with Nokia Research, Bell Labs, product teams, and ecosystem partners to translate innovations into standards and products, and to influence Nokia’s technology strategy. Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline. Fluent English required. Hybrid work model across Espoo, Massy, and Bangalore.
