Electrical Site Manager – Fire Protection Systems | Data Centre Project, Frankfurt Contract | 24 Months | ASAP Start Our client, a fire protection contractor on a major hyperscale data centre project in Frankfurt, is seeking an Electrical Site Manager to oversee fire protection system installation on-site, on a freelance/contract basis. Role Overview The successful candidate will manage the electrical installation of fire protection and detection systems on-site, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications and German fire safety standards, and driving progress through to handover and commissioning. Key Responsibilities Manage on-site electrical installation works for fire detection, fire alarm, and suppression systems (e.g. VESDA, sprinkler control, gas suppression, fire alarm panels) Coordinate and supervise subcontractor labour and installation teams Review and manage installation against BIM 360 models, coordinating clashes and updates with design/BIM teams Ensure compliance with German fire protection standards (DIN, VDE) and client/project specifications Track progress against programme, manage RFIs, and support planning/scheduling on-site Interface with client, main contractor, and MEP teams on fire protection installation matters Support QA/QC inspections, testing, and commissioning handover for fire protection systems Maintain site documentation, daily reports, and progress tracking Requirements Experience as an Electrical Site Manager, ideally on fire protection system installations Data centre project experience required Experience working with BIM 360 for coordination and installation management Understanding of German fire protection and electrical standards (DIN, VDE) Fluent English; German language skills advantageous Willingness to be based on-site in Frankfurt for the duration of the project Immediate availability Contract Details Location: Frankfurt, Germany Duration: 24 months Start: ASAP Basis: Freelance / Contract If you are interested in this role, apply below or send your CV to contact@g2recruitment.com

Requirements
- Experience as an Electrical Site Manager, ideally on fire protection system installations
- Data centre project experience required
- Experience working with BIM 360 for coordination and installation management
- Understanding of German fire protection and electrical standards (DIN, VDE)
- Fluent English; German language skills advantageous
- Willingness to be based on-site in Frankfurt for the duration of the project
