Requirements
- Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of manufacturing experience
- Proficiency in operating machinery and industrial equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and records maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for prolonged periods
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed
- Technical certifications preferred
- Familiarity with quality control processes and lean manufacturing principles
