CNC Lathe Operator

We are looking for a skilled CNC Vertical Turning Lathe Operator to join our client IS Works Oy in Pori, Finland, on a permanent basis. IS Works Oy, established in 1999, is a subcontracting machine shop that manufactures spare parts and components for maintenance and servicing needs of industrial customers, primarily Finnish machinery and equipment manufacturers. Job Description: Your responsibilities will include machining large components using CNC vertical turning lathes, programming and setting up machines, and producing high-quality parts in single-piece and small-batch production. This role offers an opportunity to utilize and further develop your machining expertise while working with demanding and large-scale components Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in CNC vertical turning or similar machining roles CNC programming skills; experience with Fanuc controls is considered an advantage Experience in single-piece and/or small-batch production Experience machining large and demanding workpieces A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and motivation to succeed Willingness to work shifts Good command of either Finnish or English We offer: Diverse and challenging machining assignments A modern working environment and professional team Opportunities to further develop your expertise in demanding machining operations A competitive salary based on your skills and experience Compensation in accordance with the Finnish Technology Industries Collective Agreement and your level of experience Interested?
