Following a 2026 corporate acquisition, Plastep Oy joined the group as a broad plastics producer and Palaset brand. Group turnover is 20 million. We are seeking a PRODUCTION PLANNER for the Sastama factory. In this role you will be responsible for production planning at the Sastamala plant and participate in diverse improvement projects. Our portfolio includes thousands of rubber-based profiles and downstream products. Production planning is a major part of the order-to-delivery chain, ensuring product availability in relation to demand, efficiently and flexibly. The role requires a solid understanding of and expertise in order-to-delivery processes, modern system knowledge and good interpersonal skills. You will work closely with internal stakeholders including a production coordinator, supervision, procurement, quality, logistics and sales. We use Syncron Tech’s SynMES software in production planning, and you will help develop processes related to production planning. The role reports to the plant manager. The job is on-site at the Sastamala factory. We expect technical education suitable for the role; strong experience in production planning tasks in an industrial environment; experience and evidence of production planning processes and development; excellent interpersonal skills; knowledge of method development, Lean processes and continuous improvement model; Finnish and English language skills.
