Technical Project Manager

Your role involves working on customer projects in software and/or hardware-related development, often in complex environments. You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle: from quotation and initiation to delivery and follow-up. A key part of the role is customer dialogue, where professionalism, business-mindedness, and solution orientation are expected. You will lead and motivate your project team, ensure high quality in deliveries, and balance customer needs with team capabilities. The role often involves close work with customers, on-site or in hybrid setups, and opportunities to contribute to projects such as new development and further development of software solutions, embedded systems, and intelligent products. We seek someone who thrives in a consulting role, motivated by variation, responsibility, and technical challenges. You are confident as a project manager, possess natural leadership, and are good at creating engagement and structure both internally and in customer relations. You are communicative, attentive, and professional in your approach, willing to question and make decisions when necessary. Staying updated on technology, working methods, and project methodology is important, and working according to established processes is valued. To succeed, you need a bachelor or master's degree in computer science, embedded systems, electronics, or equivalent, at least 3-5 years of project management experience in software and/or hardware development, experience with agile methods (e.g., Scrum), familiarity with project tools like Jira, MS Project, or similar, understanding of process and quality-controlled environments, and excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, spoken and written. It is advantageous if you have experience with embedded systems and/or cloud solutions, EMC, safety-critical systems, or defense industry experience.
