The Job: Each day, hundreds of people seek our help getting disability benefits or insurance compensation. You’ll speak with clients, determine if we can help, advise on next steps, navigate internal tech platforms like Salesforce, and help hundreds of people weekly. You will handle sensitive conversations and work with a diverse client base. Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience outside internships. Compensation includes base salary between $50k-$60k plus equity and benefits. Location: fully remote.

- Determine if Atticus can help and advise on next steps
- Navigate internal tech platforms (Salesforce)
- Help hundreds of ordinary people weekly
- Deliver compassionate guidance on difficult topics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university
- At least 1 year of work experience outside internships
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Quick learner and competent writer
- Strong work ethic and ability to juggle multiple priorities
