We are seeking a driving instructor for CAP-Autokoulu Vaasa (Vaasa branch) for a permanent position. You can be an experienced instructor or a driving instructor trainee who has completed part 2.1 of the qualification and some independent teaching experience. In this role you will play an important part in supporting our students on their journey to become safe and responsible drivers. You will work in cooperation with other staff in the region and be an important part of the daily operations at the branch. The driving instructor role offers meaningful work that directly impacts road safety and our customers’ learning experience. Each student is different, making the work varied and interesting. You will have access to modern teaching tools and the support of a competent work community. You will have the opportunity to develop your own expertise and influence what experience our customers get on their journey toward a driving licence. You will help with delivering high-quality driver education and ensuring students progress smoothly on the driving licence path. Practically this means: teaching B-class driving students; planning and delivering driving instruction safely and purposefully; guiding students considering their individual needs; taking care of electronic student administration and records; using digital teaching and work tools; collaborating with the branch staff; participating in development of teaching and customer experience. You will work at CAP-Autokoulun Vaasa branch weekdays between 8 and 20. The job includes driving instruction and other teaching-related tasks at the branch and nearby areas.
