HVAC Engineer

AALTOVOIMA is seeking an experienced HVAC project manager / engineer (KVV supervisor) for a demanding, international data center project. The role is a direct hire for our client company. You will be responsible for the high-quality execution of HVAC engineering, site daily management, and project progress in line with agreed timelines. You will hold the formal KVV supervisor role and negotiate additional and change works. Due to the international nature of the project, English will be the primary site language. The work starts as soon as the right candidate is found and is expected to last about a year, possibly longer. Requirements include a suitable HVAC engineering degree (AMK/DI) and qualification to act as KVV supervisor in demanding projects; strong experience in HVAC project management, scheduling, and change-order negotiations; excellent English (site language); experience with data centers or other demanding industrial sites; and a pragmatic, professional, solution-oriented mindset.
