About the role
What You'll Do: Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes that consolidate commercial data from multiple source systems into a single trusted source of truth. Develop, automate, and maintain reporting on core metrics (pipeline, bookings, retention, productivity) for Sales, Marketing, and Revenue leadership. Lead analytics platform initiatives, ensure scalability, and drive data governance. Support headcount and capacity planning; align comp plans with reporting. Translate business questions into scalable data models and dashboards. Who You Are: 6-10+ years in analytics or related data roles; strong SQL; experience with Python and BI tools; proficient with Salesforce; knowledge of SaaS metrics. You may be offered a base salary; compensation ranges are shared on postings. Base Compensation Range: $150,000 - $180,000 USD.

- Lead analytics platform initiatives and ensure scalability
- Own data governance and reporting automation
- Support headcount and capacity planning; align compensation plans with reporting
- Translate business questions into scalable data models and dashboards
- Partner across Go-to-Market Intelligence and Business Analytics teams
Requirements
- 6-10+ years of experience in analytics or a related data-focused role
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with Python or another scripting language
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Sigma)
- Deep Salesforce knowledge and core sales processes
- Knowledge of SaaS metrics (pipeline, bookings, ARR, churn)
- Excellent communication and ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional analytics initiatives
