We are seeking five relief workers (ward cleaners) for permanent full-time positions at Tyks Kantasairaala. As a relief worker you will flexibly work in cleaning tasks across hospital sites in the basal hospital area. The job offers an opportunity to broaden your competence and get to know the hospital environment across its different units. You will plan your own work together with supervision and other staff. Your assignment areas may include: T-hospital, Lighthouse Hospital, U- and A-hospital, separate buildings, Compass Hospital, Medisiina D, Pharmaceutical supplies. Your duties include cleaning of premises, maintenance tasks such as food, bedding, laundry, waste and equipment cleaning as well as customer service tasks. You work as part of a multidisciplinary team where cooperation with different actors is a daily part of life. The job is two-shift work from Monday to Sunday. As a relief worker you should also be prepared to work in three shifts. What we offer you: a permanent full-time position in an inspiring cleaning field with good tools including robotics. You work as part of a team and therefore need good collaboration and communication skills. It is also important to be able to work independently and plan your own work in changing situations. For customer service tasks, you must have sufficient Finnish language skills. Prior experience in the field and a hygiene passport are considered advantageous. Eligibility requires a suitable cleaning service vocational education or professional examination or sufficient cleaning service work experience.
