Position Summary This hybrid role as a project manager and 3D designer operates at the critical intersection of advanced spatial modeling and project delivery within the T1 FS Design Engineering team. This dual-focus role is responsible for orchestrating 3D BIM model coordination, managing utility routing layouts (including process piping, bulk gases, UPW, electrical cable trays, and exhaust), and ensuring on-time delivery of 3D models and 2D drawings. By leveraging platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Revit, and Inventor, the 3D Designer / PM drives clash resolution in the field, optimizes routing, and generates in-house design solutions in tandem with the department's construction partners. Beyond modeling, this role functions as an operational project manager who owns design request delivery, construction contractor alignment, and cross-functional hand-offs throughout the organization. The 3D Designer / PM interfaces directly with mechanical and electrical trade leads, construction managers, and site leadership to evaluate field change requests, protect construction timelines, and verify that physical installations match approved standards for 3D design.
