About the role

Montu UK is a leading digital health company specialising in cannabis-based medicines (CBPM), dedicated to improving patient access to safe and effective treatments. Our mission is to transform lives by combining innovative technology with high-quality clinical care, ensuring patients receive the support they need at every step of their journey. The Accuracy Checking Dispenser (ACD) role is based at our Winnersh (Reading) Pharmacy site, where you will carry out the final accuracy check on dispensed prescriptions before they are supplied to patients, acting as an independent safeguard within the dispensing process to ensure medicines are correct and compliant with legal, operational and patient safety standards. You will work closely with dispensers, pharmacists and the wider pharmacy team and will mentor colleagues to embed a culture of accountability and attention to detail. Relocation support is provided for candidates moving to the UK. We offer a full-time contract (40 hours per week, Mon-Fri with Saturday shifts), generous annual leave, pension matching, private healthcare, flexible working options, and opportunities for growth. The successful candidate will have an accredited ACD qualification, significant experience in pharmacy dispensing, strong knowledge of pharmacy legislation and SOPs, and the ability to work independently while escalating concerns when necessary.
