Restaurant Manager

Are you the restaurant manager we are looking for? We are seeking a restaurant manager for Wilderness Hotel Muotka. In this role you will lead the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, build an effective team and ensure guests receive the service Muotka is known for. You will work hands-on alongside servers, coordinating with the kitchen, reception and other hotel departments to ensure smooth service throughout the evening. Responsibilities include managing daily restaurant operations, supervising a multicultural team, ensuring customer experience and service quality, handling beverage orders, inventory, and reporting, and close collaboration with kitchen and other departments. Requirements include experience in hospitality supervisory roles, ability to motivate people by example, strong organizational and prioritization skills, calm under pressure, fluent Finnish and English, and strong interpersonal skills. Salary starts at 3000 €/month plus allowances; final pay based on experience and education. The contract begins October 2026 (by mid-October), with a fixed-term until 4 April 2027, possibility for a permanent contract.
