Project Manager

Etsimme sinua We at Clevry are seeking a Project Manager for a client in Helsinki to lead the development of data center projects. The position is full-time and permanent. Starting date will be agreed with the right candidate, and you will be employed directly by the client company. As a project manager you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and permitting processes of data center projects, including zoning and EIA processes, and you will coordinate across consultants, procurements, and external stakeholders such as municipalities, authorities, landowners, and others. You will also coordinate land use, land acquisition, and land-use agreements, drive the environmental permit process, and coordinate collaboration between project participants. The client company develops large-scale renewable energy, energy storage and data center projects in the Nordics and handles permitting and implementation preparation. Main responsibilities: comprehensive coordination and execution of zoning and EIA processes; managing consultants, procurement and monitoring progress; collaboration with municipalities, authorities, landowners and other stakeholders; coordination of land use, land acquisition and land-use agreements; leading the environmental permit process and coordination of cooperation among parties. Requirements: relevant degree such as engineering, DI, environmental or construction; experience in YVA, zoning and environmental permit processes; experience with energy, infrastructure, construction or renewable energy permitting and development; experience in collaborating with authorities and stakeholders; strong communication and negotiation skills; good Finnish and English written and spoken; knowledge of QGIS or other mapping-based work is a plus; CAD and project management software skills are beneficial.
