Posti is Finland’s leading postal and logistics service provider. We connect messages, parcels and meanings, and build the future of Posti with a diverse team from mail carriers to digital business developers and AI specialists. We are seeking multiple customer service representatives for a fixed-term contract to start on 14 September 2026 and end on 31 December 2026. The role is full-time (37.5 h/week) with open customer service hours every day, including weekends, from 8:00 to 20:00 (and Saturdays 8:00–16:00 in autumn/joining the holiday season). Our office is located in Roveniemi on Koskikatu. The pay is 13.39 €/hour. As a customer service representative you will assist customers across multiple channels (phone, email, and chat), identify customer needs, and offer the best solutions using strong interaction and problem-solving skills. You will work in a fast-paced call center environment with measurable performance metrics. You should be able to learn new systems quickly, search information from several sources, and make decisions even when the answer isn’t immediately available. The role requires fluent Finnish and English; Swedish is considered a plus.
