Barista

Espresso House is seeking a Master Barista for their cafe in Shopping Centre Rewell, Vaasa. This is a permanent, part-time position (20-25 hours per week) involving shifts across all opening hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends. As a Master Barista, you are responsible for ensuring and developing the quality of coffee and other products, as well as enhancing the guest experience by training and supporting cafe employees. You act as an ambassador and role model for Espresso House's values, culture, and operating methods. You will also be a key member of the cafe's Leader Team alongside the managers. Requirements include previous experience in cafe work and training, a positive attitude, energy, and the ability to thrive in a hectic environment. You should be consistent in creating high-quality products, comfortable with sales, and capable of communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors. Fluency in Finnish is required as it is the primary language for instructions and training.
