Today, we are part of Booking Holdings with a diverse team and global offices. The Supply Analytics team delivers data-driven insights and decision support to optimize Agoda’s supply ecosystem. As a Senior Analyst, you will report to either the Senior Manager or Associate Director within the Supply Department as an individual contributor, and collaborate with partners on the ground. You’ll translate briefs into analytical projects, analyze data from large warehouses, identify growth opportunities, drive new analytics initiatives, and automate processes to improve efficiency. Requirements include 2–5+ years of analytics/BI experience, SQL, Tableau, Excel, Python/R, a Bachelor’s degree in business or quantitative field, knowledge of statistical modeling or ML, strong stakeholder management, A/B testing experience, and excellent communication skills. The role may require 2–3 evenings per week with Bangkok office and regional partners. The Ontario salary range is CAD 80,000–120,000 with potential annual bonus. Responsibilities
- Translate internal briefs into analytical projects
- Use and analyze data from multiple large-scale data warehouses
- Proactively identify opportunities for growth within supply
- Drive new analytical initiatives and projects
- Identify, support, and lead projects to scale data usage and insights
- Automate manual operational processes and demonstrate time savings
Requirements
- At least 2-5+ years of experience working as an Analyst with experience in analytics/data science/insights/strategy/BI
- Advanced working knowledge and hands-on experience in SQL
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau (preferably)
- Excel and Python (or R)
- Bachelor’s degree ideally in a business or quantitative subject (e.g. computer science, mathematics, engineering, science, economics or finance)
- Knowledge of statistical modelling or any ML techniques (hypothesis testing, regression, etc.)
- Strong stakeholder management experience; comfortable presenting to senior leadership
- Experience in conducting A/B testing
- Ability to find data insights and provide business recommendations
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work 2-3 evenings per week with Bangkok office and regional partners
