
Risk Insurance Analyst

Xylem is seeking a Risk Insurance Analyst to support the administration of our corporate insurance and risk management programs. This role will focus on property, casualty, and related insurance activities, including renewals, claims administration, policy tracking, certificates of insurance, and risk-related reporting and analysis. Based in Charlotte, NC , this position will partner with internal stakeholders across the business as well as external brokers, carriers, and third-party administrators to help ensure efficient insurance program administration, timely claims follow-up, and responsive support for day-to-day risk management needs. Responsibilities
- Support the administration of Xylem’s property, casualty, and other corporate insurance programs, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective policy management
- Coordinate insurance renewal and policy administration activities, including collecting, validating, and preparing underwriting and exposure data for Xylem’s annual insurance renewals to support accurate presentation of the company’s risk profile to insurers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business, Insurance, or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience in risk management, insurance, claims, audit, or a related discipline
