Job Description
Reaktor Japan is looking for a Senior People Operations Partner / HRBP to lead the HR and labor management for the Tokyo office. The Tokyo office is still a small organization. This role involves hands-on daily HR operations, close team engagement, and supporting leadership in making people decisions. It also acts as a key link between Japan and Reaktor's global HR teams, involving communication in both English and Japanese. Responsibilities include managing the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with Japanese labor law, supporting new hires, aligning global HR practices with local needs, advising leadership, supporting recruitment, and fostering office community.
