A versatile and energetic Finance and Administration Officer for Porvoo We are looking for a cheerful and easy-going Finance and Administration Officer! We are now looking for a Finance and Administration Officer for our client in a permanent position. You will take charge of the company’s finances with strong professional skills, but above all with a big heart and a positive attitude. We do not hide behind Excel spreadsheets in a dark room; we value a people-oriented approach, good interaction skills and the ability to laugh about the everyday rush. You will manage the company’s varied finances and administration independently, while being part of a warm team with plenty of support and humour. What do we expect from you? You have suitable commercial education and solid experience in varied financial administration. Accounting, budgeting and reporting figures and spreadsheets are a natural way for you to understand the business. You have the analytical ability to find what matters in the figures and produce useful analyses to support management. You are proactive and solution-oriented, and above all a talkative, open and sociable person who is a pleasure to work with. The team is small, so you readily step in wherever help is needed. During busy periods, you may also speak with customers or help with other everyday tasks. Considered an advantage: Knowledge of Swedish. A confident command of modern financial administration tools such as Procountor. What does our client offer you?
