Kitchen workshop internship for youth programs. The participant will engage in café work and daily lunch preparation for the pajayhteisö in a professional kitchen. The internship includes training for making specialty coffee and customer service. During the internship, a hygiene passport will be completed. The program includes small-group coaching and physical activity. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00–15:00. Support is provided for handling matters and planning for the future, such as applying for jobs or studies. The Youth Workshops are intended for residents of Vantaa aged 18–28 who are unemployed jobseekers. Guidance is conducted in Finnish.
