Service Manager

We are looking for a customer-focused Service Manager for a permanent role combining people leadership, customer-oriented development and practical work. You will be supported by a skilled and encouraging work community and have the opportunity to grow as part of a financially stable, responsible family-owned company. As Service Manager, you will manage and develop assigned customer accounts in your area. You will lead technicians’ day-to-day work, ensure smooth service delivery, and see that work progresses safely, to a high standard and with a customer-focused approach. You will plan resources, support onboarding and work allocation, monitor the finances of jobs and customer accounts, and prepare quotations, cost estimates and necessary orders. You will also ensure that your team has good conditions for succeeding in its daily work. In our property services, you will help ensure the smooth and safe everyday operation of shopping centres, hotels and office buildings. We take care of building-services maintenance and upkeep, as well as the technical functionality, energy efficiency and comfortable conditions of the properties. We expect applicants to have: - Suitable technical education. - Experience in supervisory work, customer account management and service business. - The ability to manage broad responsibilities, anticipate needs and put agreed plans into practice. - Strong interaction skills, a customer-focused approach and a desire to build effective cooperation. - An interest in applying smart maintenance concepts in practical work. “ARE is a good employer with nice colleagues and supervisors.
