As part of the team, you will be working for some of the biggest insurance companies with a variety of project opportunities such as business transformation, digitalization, data and analytics and process design. Responsibilities include advising clients on strategy and digitalization, leading project teams, developing strategies, analyzing business models, leading teams, coaching colleagues, and engaging in various projects from strategy to execution. Meet two of our dedicated people from the Insurance team: Jenni Saarnio and Aleksi Virtanen, both Management Consulting Managers. Qualifications include 3-8 years of full-time experience, passion for insurance, entrepreneurial attitude, good interpersonal skills, analytical skills, project management experience, experience with Guidewire (highly appreciated), excellent communication skills in Finnish and English, and residency in Finland.
