We are looking for an enthusiastic and development-minded early childhood education teacher to join Ylästö Kindergarten (Ylästön päiväkoti) in Vantaa. The successful candidate will work in the pre‑kindergarten group together with another kindergarten teacher, a child care assistant and a aide. The kindergarten is part of the Ylästö unit and emphasizes inclusive leadership and professional autonomy in a supportive team. We value children's friendship and social skills, child participation, a calm and respectful approach to time with families, and close ties to the local environment. In this role you will contribute to creating a collaborative, inspiring and inclusive work atmosphere and participate in everyday pedagogical activities. The unit is located in a natural area with opportunities for outdoor learning, nearby parks and forest areas. The unit operates with a dual leadership model and invites you to join a welcoming, engaged team.
