Lizeliuskoti is a 40-bed elderly care unit in Mynämäki. Residents are multisick older people, and you work to support their holistic wellbeing in a close multidisciplinary environment. As a nurse, your responsibilities include planning, implementing and evaluating patients' medication therapy and rehabilitation nursing. You also participate in improving nursing quality and promoting resident-centered operations. You will receive orientation to the role according to your competence.
