Construction Supervisor

Katehuolto Oy is a roofing and waterproofing contracting company founded in 1982, offering comprehensive expert services in roofing and waterproofing work. The company employs over 80 roofing professionals. Katehuolto has a solid customer base consisting of construction companies, industrial clients, and housing and real estate companies. We are seeking a proactive and independent individual for a permanent position at our Lappeenranta office. Participating in Work Construction Supervisor Your responsibilities include site management, work planning, project organization, and material management. You have good communication and negotiation skills and can maintain control even under pressure. You manage overall tasks and can adapt in a project-based work environment. Experience in roofing work, especially bitumen roofs, is considered an advantage. The role requires good Finnish language skills. Start date is negotiable.
