Product Manager

Hostaway AI creates value by streamlining routine work, improving decision-making, and simplifying complex tasks across the property management lifecycle. As Staff Product Manager, AI, you will define and drive Hostaway’s company-wide AI product strategy, identifying where AI can create meaningful customer and business value across our platform. This role is for an AI-native product leader who combines strong product judgment, customer empathy, and analytical rigor. You do not need to build AI models yourself, but you must understand how LLM-based products work in practice, how to evaluate them with discipline, and how to translate a rapidly evolving AI landscape into clear roadmap decisions and reliable product experiences. You will define and own Hostaway’s AI product strategy and roadmap, plan and execute customer research, identify high-impact AI opportunities, partner with engineering and design teams, establish evaluation benchmarks, use data to prioritize investments, assess build vs. buy decisions, stay updated on AI model changes, influence stakeholders, and demonstrate strong product and AI understanding. Success means AI features are embedded seamlessly, customer workflows are smarter, AI services are stable, and you are recognized as the AI product vision leader.
