We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Planner to join our EPC Division. This role is critical in coordinating and maintaining project production schedules, ensuring alignment with customer timelines, and supporting site operations through data-driven planning and reporting. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain resourced project production schedules using Primavera P6. Collaborate closely with Site Teams, Engineering, and Procurement to align production activities. Integrate ALMACO’s production schedule with customer master schedules. Conduct regular reviews and updates of project progress with site teams. Report production progress to the Project Planner for master schedule updates. Generate weekly performance reports including: Short-term lookahead plans Key material coordination Power BI/Excel dashboards Earned value tracking Critical path management Perform proactive risk analysis, mitigation, and reporting. Coordinate with customer planning contacts to ensure schedule alignment. Qualifications & Skills Technical or business-related education. Minimum 1 year of experience in project planning. Understanding of system dependencies in delivery projects. Familiarity with marine and offshore shipbuilding methods. Proficiency in MS Office and Primavera P6. Strong skills in project reporting and analysis. Fluent in English and French. Eligible to work in Canada and available for full-time on-site work during active project phases.
