Reisjärvi municipality seeks a Finance and Administration Director for a permanent civil service position. The role is part of the municipal leadership team and is responsible for leading, planning, monitoring and reporting on the municipality's finances as well as the overall administration. Key duties include coordinating the preparation of the budget and financial plan and the final accounts, monitoring and reporting on finances, preparing matters related to cash management and financing, preparing administrative matters for the municipal council and other bodies, and supporting the municipal leadership and supervisors in personnel matters. Qualifications include a suitable university degree and experience in public administration and financial leadership. Preferred qualifications include a higher university degree and experience in municipal or public-sector financial and administrative leadership, knowledge of municipal finances, strong collaboration, communication and negotiation skills, and proactive, development-oriented work attitude. The position is filled under contract as soon as possible. Salary terms and other conditions are determined according to the KVTES agreement. A six-month trial period applies.
