The challenge Are you an HR professional with a passion for digitalization, HR systems and continuous process improvement? Then we are looking for you as our new HR Digital Professional! In this role, you take a coordinating role in the further digitalization of our HR department. You actively participate in internal, operational and future-oriented HR projects and are able to take the lead in these. Thanks to your analytical eye, you know how to quickly understand HR needs and translate them into appropriate digital solutions. Together with your colleagues, you optimize the full employee life cycle - from onboarding to offboarding. You ensure that HR initiatives are efficiently rolled out in our systems, such as SAP SuccessFactors, AFAS and our time registration tool. As the first point of contact for these systems, you resolve questions and incidents and actively think about improvements. You also stimulate the use of our tools and guide employees and managers in their daily use. Together with your colleague, you ensure the proper functioning and follow-up of our HRIS systems. Your Talents You work closely with your HR colleagues and colleagues from other departments such as IT, Business Development and Operations. You have a bachelor's level of thinking and several years of demonstrable experience and passion for HR digitalization and working with HR tools. You have experience with project work and coordination, and you feel comfortable in a driving role. You have a good understanding of HR processes and know how to translate them into smart, digital solutions. You work in a structured manner, think ahead and always stay one step ahead. You are critical, solution-oriented and customer-oriented in your approach. Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
