We are hiring a Senior UX Architect to own information architecture and structural UX across our product surface. This is a senior, horizontal role that sits just below the leadership tier and carries influence over how our product is structured and how our design org thinks. You will scale UX expertise across product swimlanes, shifting from aesthetic-first to architecture-first design thinking. You will be the structural foundation for AI product work, ensuring the UX layer is scalable and debt-free. Responsibilities include owning IA across surfaces, setting cross-swimlane UX standards, acting as quality checkpoint for prototypes, and elevating design practice across the team. Bring 8+ years of hands-on and/or managerial UX experience with deep IA and SaaS design, plus ability to influence across teams without direct authority.
