What is this about? Joblink shelves team work, either in various retail locations or in a specific team site. You book shifts with Joblink’s app. Shifts are typically scheduled further ahead, but additional shifts may be available on short notice. Shelf stocking is based on daily shipments to the store; demand varies with shipments, with busier periods during peak times. Depending on the site, shifts range from 0–5 per week. Your own flexibility, attitude and initiative influence the number of shifts. The shelf-stocking task involves stocking the day’s incoming shipments according to guidance. The day’s work has a target time and is measured for efficiency. The role requires self-initiative, accuracy, organization and logical thinking. It is physically demanding and fast-paced. We expect you to have a proactive approach to work. Shelf-stocking is typically mornings starting at 6 am, so the job suits early risers. Work days span from Monday to Saturday. At all stores the aim is to serve the customer in the store. We hope you enjoy work with a hands-on mindset, well-organised shelves that are pleasant to look at, and working independently yet as part of a team. Before your first shifts you will receive the necessary training. You do not need prior experience to apply, just a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Retail experience is helpful but not required. If you enjoy variety and want to take responsibility for multiple work sites, this is a good fit. We hope you have good social skills and enjoy meeting new people. You need fluent Finnish and at least 18 years of age.
