Assistant Controller

Are you interested in Telia Finland’s finance? We are seeking a part-time Assistant Controller for the Accounting & Reporting team. The Accounting & Reporting team handles, among other things, the invoicing in Epicor for mobile devices and the processing of purchase invoices. We are now looking to add to our team for the period 15 September to 31 December 2026 an initiative-taking, independent Assistant AP Controller who dares to take on financial administration tasks. Your day-to-day duties would include Epicor purchase invoice processing; matching purchase orders to invoices, and posting invoices undergoing manual processing; verifying, approving, and routing invoices for posting. You will also participate in various reconciliations. Internal and external stakeholders are an important part of the work. What we expect from you: To succeed in the role you’ll need: ongoing or near-completion of financial administration studies / business degree or recently graduated; proactive and independent work attitude; experience with Finago (Heeros) invoice verification/approval system; Epicor ERP system – accounts payable and accounting; ServiceNow/ticketing system; good MS Office skills; accuracy, initiative and willingness to ask for help when needed; fluent Finnish and English communication; a desire to learn new things and to shine even in a demanding daily life; ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and to collaborate in a team.
