Kitchen Manager

Our client company is now seeking a motivated and development-oriented kitchen manager for a permanent position in Pori. The role is 90 hours across three weeks, primarily weekday work. As Kitchen Manager you take overall responsibility for the daily operations of the lunch restaurant kitchen and the delivery of quality lunches. The position emphasizes strong leadership as you guide and motivate your team to ensure good team spirit and smooth collaboration. The job requires excellent planning skills, including procurement of ingredients, menu planning, and self-checks. We are looking for a person with a clear vision and ability to further develop the lunch restaurant’s operations. Success in the role requires applicable education in the field, solid previous experience in similar kitchen management duties, and very good Finnish language proficiency for fluent communication.
