Building Cleaner

We are seeking a cleaner for our client sites in Ylivieska and surrounding areas. In this role you will be responsible for maintenance cleaning and basic cleaning tasks at a variety of client sites. The work involves traveling between sites with ISS’s manual transmission production vehicle or with your own car. We pay kilometre allowances for travel between sites. The client portfolio includes shops, stairwells, industrial properties, and offices. Your shifts run from Monday to Saturday between 06:00 and 18:00, totaling 37.5 hours per week, with the exact timing determined weekly by need. This employment is permanent and starts as soon as possible per agreement. The wage for this position is according to the Kiinteistöpalvelualan collective agreement: wage group 2 at 12.59 €/h and wage group 3 at 13.22 €/h depending on the responsibilities, plus any possible supplements.
