The EHS Advisor will support the organisation in maintaining a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, promoting a strong safety culture, and providing practical EHS guidance across the business. Requirements · Provide day-to-day EHS advice and support to management and employees · Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, audits, and incident investigations · Ensure compliance with EHS legislation, standards, and company policies · Support environmental compliance, waste management, and sustainability initiatives · Prepare and deliver EHS training, inductions, and safety communications · Maintain EHS records, reports, and KPIs; support audits and regulatory inspections · Promote a strong safety culture and drive continuous improvement initiatives · Relevant qualification in Health & Safety, Environmental or related discipline (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH, QQI Level 6/7, or equivalent) · 2+ years’ experience in an EHS or H&S advisory role
