Are you looking for flexible casual work in Lapland’s adventurous tourism? StaffMill Oy is now seeking a customer‑oriented safari guide with strong outdoor skills for a fixed‑term, on‑call position with hours available during the season. The employment begins in early December and lasts until the end of March. The job is on‑call, but hours are plentiful during the season. Accommodation for the work period is arranged by the client. In this role you will create unforgettable moments for international guests through high‑quality service and guiding. Main duties include driving snowmobile safaris, Northern Lights tours, ice fishing trips, and all other Lapland guiding tasks. The job requires good outdoors skills, comfort in moving in nature, and the ability to operate independently and safely in varying conditions. We expect: good outdoor skills and the ability to move in nature; ability to work independently and responsibly in the wilderness; navigation and map reading skills; strong customer service and interpersonal skills; fluent Finnish and English; flexibility and adaptability to changing situations; valid first aid certificate (hygiene pass advantageous); and a B driving license.
