Personal Assistant

I am seeking a personal assistant in Kaarina (permanent/part-time). I am an open, outgoing man born in 1991, with a high spinal cord injury (tetraplegia C4-6) using a manual wheelchair, living in Piispanristi, Kaarina. The job includes assisting with dressing and transfers, maintaining hygiene (showers, bowel movements, single-catheterizations), household chores, and errands outside the home. Necessary training will be provided. The position is suitable for someone with experience in caregiving or assistance work or studying in the field. The employment can initially be on a gig/part-time basis with the possibility of permanent employment later. Note! I am also hiring a summer worker. Good Finnish language skills are essential. You must be of legal age, aware of the situation, physically in good condition, and flexible. A driving license (B) is a significant advantage. The work involves two shifts: morning shifts (6-8 hours) and evening shifts (3-6 hours). Shifts are negotiable, considering the employee’s preferences, mainly between 7:30-18 for morning shifts and 18-23 for evening shifts.
