We offer a unique combined customer service role where you work as a winter-season on-call staff member at Rukakeskus Oy and continue as a customer service representative at Barona’s service center in Kuusamo for the summer season. Winter season (Rukakeskus Oy, December–April): Customer service for ski lifts; operation and monitoring of lifts; ensuring customer safety; outdoor work in the fell environment; shifts Sun–Sat, morning and evening shifts, 30–37.5 h/week; pay according to Ski Resort TES (starts 12.01 € /h). Summer season (Barona, May–November): Customer service via phone and email; sales-oriented customer service tasks; assisting customers with connect and billing matters; working hours mainly weekdays 8–20, 37.5 h/week; pay according to ICT TES (2113–2291 €/month) + incentive model. We expect: initiative, positive service attitude, willingness to learn, good communication, teamwork, fluent Finnish, at least 18 years old and driving license, commitment for the full 12 months.
