KuPS is seeking dedicated and skilled youth coaches for its girls’ programs in the U10–U11 and U12–U13 age groups. The role involves planning, implementing, and quality-controlling coaching activities in alignment with the club’s sporting pathway. You will support coaches, act as a mentor, and coordinate day-to-day operations, collaborating with players, parents, and the club’s coaching leadership. Other duties include leading after-school day-camps and delivering high-quality morning training sessions for junior athletes, adapting approaches to individual development. We value relevant physical education or sports-related training and practical experience, good communication and leadership skills, a positive, energetic, development-oriented attitude, and a background check for working with children.
