Site Manager for Bilfinger Finland Oy’s E&I project unit (electrical and instrumentation). Responsible for leading and coordinating electrical installation projects on site, ensuring smooth installation and site operations in collaboration with the project organization. You will oversee project site staffing, scheduling, quality and cost control, safety and environmental/HSSE requirements on sites, administrative supervisory duties, project reporting and documentation, and active participation in improving ways of working and site processes. Most projects are located in Finland with potential future assignments in other European locations. Projects are typically fixed-term and may require travel. Work cycles and time off are planned in advance and flexibly to support work–life balance. Requirements include at least 5 years of experience in electrical installation project management in industry, experience coordinating sites, ability to work independently, decision-making and taking responsibility, commitment to safety, strong communication and customer-oriented approach, electrical engineering education (engineer, technician or other suitable qualification), fluency in Finnish and English, good IT skills, and willingness to travel and work on projects in Finland and Europe. Desirable: electrical certification (S1 or S2), German language skills, interest in continuous improvement and learning.
