Security Guard

We are looking for security guards for the Jyväskylä area for a variety of security tasks, with possible on-call shifts and permanent employment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate flexible, customer-oriented service attitude and excellent communication and collaboration skills. They should be able to earn the customer’s trust through professional conduct, have situational awareness and the ability to respond to challenging tasks. Previous experience in similar roles is appreciated, but the willingness to grow as a security professional is most important. Requirements include at least 18 years of age, clean criminal background and a valid security guard card. Proficiency in Finnish is required. Nice-to-haves include prior security experience, security training (e.g., TVEAT, VAT), additional language skills, driving license, and safety training certificates.
