About the role

Mission Neko Health aims to transform healthcare through preventative care and scalable UK clinic operations. This entry-level procurement role supports daily procurement and logistics for the UK Clinic Operations, focusing on day-to-day ordering, supplier coordination, and logistics workflows for clinic consumables, supplies, and operational materials. The role offers growth into category management, supplier relationship management, and contract management as the UK network expands. What You'll Deliver in the First 6–12 Months Take ownership of daily procurement requirements for UK Clinic Operations, ensuring timely execution and resolution of purchase requests, purchase orders, and supplier queries. Support all procurement and logistics activities related to clinic consumables, operational supplies, and facilities services, ensuring value for money, compliance, and service continuity. Manage the end-to-end logistics workflow for clinic supplies, including import/export coordination, carrier management, storage, stock management and last-mile delivery to UK clinic sites liaising directly with our 3PL partner. Raise and manage Purchase Orders in compliance with internal purchasing policies and approval levels. Coordinate supplier onboarding and maintain up-to-date supplier records within the procurement system. Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency as the UK clinic network scales. Ensure the end-to-end procurement process runs efficiently and in compliance with internal controls and the UK regulatory environment. Assist in monitoring and balancing workload across the procurement function, flagging bottlenecks and escalating issues as required. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Clinic Operations, Finance, and the wider Procurement team (including the US Clinic Operations Specialist, for shared process learnings) to ensure alignment and transparency. Support the preparation of procurement performance reports and KPIs. Contribute to catalogue management and preferred supplier frameworks for clinic consumables. Minimum Qualifications 0–2 years of experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain, or a related operational role. Understanding of procure-to-pay (P2P) workflows and operational procurement best practices. Experience coordinating logistics and supply chain activities, ideally including domestic and international freight. Proficiency in Microsoft 365. Experience with ERP systems (Business Central or equivalent) is advantageous. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Process-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
