About the role

Would you like to be part of making the residents' everyday life smoother at Lumo Homes? We are looking for a resident manager for Lumo homes for a permanent full-time employment relationship to ensure a smooth and pleasant everyday life in our sites. As a resident manager, your most important task is to ensure a smooth and pleasant living experience for Lumo home residents through presence at the sites. You will act as the face of Lumo homes and ensure that residents are encountered in their own everyday environment. The work is mainly site-based. The properties are located in the Turku area and your area includes about 2,000 residential apartments. You are responsible for the functionality and quality of the sites' everyday life and ensure that the properties are clean, safe and well-maintained. You ensure that information about Lumo homes and sites is also available in other units. You actively monitor the situation of the sites and intervene in deficiencies in cooperation with partners if necessary. Your varied working days may include, for example, resident encounters at the properties and in residents' homes as well as apartment inspections and site rounds. You actively monitor the condition and cleanliness of the properties and work closely with partners at the sites. You also support sales, among other things, in general presentations and photography of Lumo homes. In addition, your duties include: - Budget monitoring - Ordering minor repairs for Lumo homes and sites - Participating in the activities of the Lumo team at the sites - Ensuring smooth communication to residents regarding your own visits and orders You will be able to directly influence the quality of living and the customer experience by being present where it matters most, i.e., in our residents' homes and yards.
