Senior Social Media Project Manager

Core responsibilities include planning and executing evergreen social media initiatives, managing multiple projects with scopes, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and communication plans. Coordinate cross-functional teams across social media, creators, content, creative, design, video, community, PR, marketing, analytics, and external partners. Lead project kickoffs, status meetings, retrospectives, and build and manage project workflows in Asana and Google Workspace. Develop dashboards and reporting to provide visibility into project health and performance. Foster collaboration across time zones and maintain accountability and momentum. This is a remote-first organization with global collaboration.
